5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Terms and conditions for the subscribing to the Servesmile Savings programs and cards:
  1. MUSKAN DISCOUNT CARD The serve smile discount card is a property of Serve smile pvt. Ltd it is not a credit/debit card company and the beneficiary of the card shall be the cardholder
  2. Any person or individual can get a Servesmile discount Card, But for the signature must be over 18 years and who under 18 years age his/her legal representative’s.
  3. Membership benefits from Servesmile Saving Discount Card project is at the sole discretion of Servesmile and it may refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reasons
  4. The benefits from the Servesmile discount Card for the primary subscriber and those who bear his own financial responsibility.
  5. This card is for personal and family use and not for commercial purposes.
  6. The subscriber must show his identity card or identification document when using his discount card at discount center.
  7. The member must present the Servesmile Discount Card at the cash counter before the starting of billing to get avail discounts and other benefits.
  8. The discount center has the right to verify the identity of the card holder and its validity.
  9. Available benefit programs by merchants and discount ratios may change from time to time or can be withdrawn without prior notice. The changes are bound on the customer. Servesmile pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any liabilities arising out of such situations.
  10. When any emergency problem occurs, the company's call center or hotline must be contacted to inform the company about the nature of the problem in order to address and try solving it.
  11. The card holder undertakes to send a written letter to the management of the Servesmile Company in the event that he does not obtain the discounts or services that are his right.
  12. All claims and disputes arising under the terms and conditions must be brought to the notice of Serve smile pvt ltd within 30 days at Serve Smile pvt ltd care@servesmile.in thereafter no member shall have any claims against Serve Smile pvt.
  13. The approved discount centers shall bear the full responsibility in the event that they violate the conditions of participation, refrain from offering discounts, or manipulate prices.
  14. The subscriber, the card holder, bears full responsibility in the event of misuse of the card or violation of the subscription terms.
  15. Servesmile shall not be held responsible anytime for any fraud or misuse of this membership Card and you agree to be personally liable for any and all costs, taxes, charges, claims or liabilities of any nature, arising due to any such fraud or misuse of the card
  16. Servesmile reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in Servesmile saving discount card project. The decision will be at the disposal of only Servesmile Muskaan saving card program if it finds any person or party violating the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
  17. To obtain full benefit from the subscription and the discount card, the subscriber must use it to the maximum extent possible at the authorized Servesmile discount centers.
  18. The card holder must communicate constantly with the Servesmile Company and its representatives to know the latest developments and progress that will enable him to make the most benefit of his discount membership.
  19. The validity of the card depends on the type of the card and the agreement with the subscriber, subject to renewal and extension with the consent of parties, the Servesmile Company and the participant in the savings program the discount card holder.
  20. The subscriber can benefit from the savings service directly by virtue and showing of a copy of the subscription application after being signed by him and paying the subscription value or by submitting the application directly on line and getting the OTP code, the Client Number the subscription card number.
  21. The maximum date to approve the subscription is within a 7 days from the date of receiving the application form by the management of the Servesmile Company, the subscription application and the membership fees.
  22. The rights to add, amend, change, alter or terminate this program, including the structure of program, without prior notice, shall remain with servesmile pvt.ltd, which will be notified on website www.servesmile.in  from time to time.
  23. Any communication from Serve smile Saving Discount Card program shall be done either through mail or to be sent to the mobile number mentioned in the profile or whatsApp.
  24. By accepting this card, the Serve Smile Saving Discount Card member agrees to receive promotional message from Serve Smile pvt. Ltd. and all participating merchants and related groups through mail, whatsApp, and SMS related to special offers / Previews / discount / sale.
  25. The intimation of change in address and contact number is the responsibility of the respected member. at care@servesmile.in
  26. Servesmile will have no responsibility for communication lost or not received.
  27. Servesmile at any time without giving prior notice can change, modify or vary the terms and conditions of Servesmile Savings Discount Card project.
  28. Any dispute arising under the terms and conditions are subject the competent courts in Gurugram jurisdiction only or what Serve Smile pvt. Ltd. decides.
  29. As all the offers and updates on Serve Smile Savings Discount Card Project will be communicated through emails, whatsApp or SMS. As a member of this program you give your consent to receive SMS/Emails/Media messages pertaining to special offers/Preview/any such with regards to the membership.
  30. Any kind of duplication of this Card will be subject to membership cancellation and financial compensations to be paid to Serve Smile pvt ltd.
  31. Discount/Offer under Serve Smile Saving Discount Card project cannot be merged together with any other schemes/offers running in the store.
  32. Between the existing discount on the product or discount under Serve Smile Saving Discount Card, the higher one would be considered for availing and getting benefit of the discounts.
  33. Serve Smile Saving Discount Card can be physical card which will be delivered physically or virtual card, number or code which can be send by mail, sms, whatsApp or other communication media. It depends upon Servesmile own decision, plans and policy.
  34. Lost card - Cardholders must bring in the notice of Serve Smile pvt ltd immediately if they have lost or misplaced their physical Saving Discount Card or if it is stolen. They shall receive a replacement card upon request. Replacement charges may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Card once issued will not be cancelled or refunded.

7. Shipping Policy: If the card is physical card it will be shipped within 7 working days, after receiving the proper document and payment.

8. DISCLAIMER
  1. The term discount card means that it is only a document to avail discounts Up to average of 50% depending upon the agreement with the contracting discount center and nature of the product or service which sold by vendor,
  2. The said discounts are offered at the sole discretion of the vendor or seller and are subject to change anytime Serve Smile is not liable.
  3. This discount card is neither equivalent to Debit card nor credit card but is only a document to get discounts on the products and services for which is provided by the seller.
  4. In case of not getting the discount or any deficiency in the use of this card, the customer has to approach the seller of the product and to inform us, no claims of whatsoever nature shall be entertained by us.
