How can merchant register as Servesmile certified discount center (CDC)?
Merchant can contact Servesmile through web, mail, phone or agents to fill the registration application and to sign the agreement.
Which business can be Servesmile CDC?
Each business and everywhere can be Servesmile CDC.
Is there any obligatory discount ratio should be given by CDC to Muskan card holders?

Sure there is a certain tangible and real ration should be given but CDC decided how much it will be.

Why merchant should choose the advertising with Servesmile to be CDC?

There are many great important differences between classical ads and Servesmile ads, please revise the differences in Servesmile web page (WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE).

Is it possible for CDC to stop giving discount from his own side only?

It is not possible for CDC to stop giving discount without the approval of Servesmile under the agreement terms and conditions signed by the merchant and Servesmile.

Is there any responsibility on the CDC if they didn’t commit giving the agreed discount?

Yes there is full responsibility on the CDC if they stopped giving the agreed discount and they will bear all the legal and financial compensations in front of the law, Servesmile or any third party.

What is the cost of ads with Servesmile to be a CDC?
The ads are approximately free of charge for which they are willing to give discounts to Muskan card holders but there is a very low cost yearly membership should be paid. If the merchant is not willing to give discount to Muskan discount card holders then they should pay full advertisement cost to Servesmile according to the type of advertising and package they choose.
Is it possible for CDC to stop giving discounts through seasonly and occasionly discount?

The CDC through the seasonly discounts can minimize the ratio but can’t stop giving discounts.

Is there any additional costs or fees should be paid during the agreement with Servesmile?

As a CDC no additional cost during the agreement period but if the CDC decided to buy new packages, offers or services from Servesmile then it will be according to Servesmile price list and the new deal

Is it possible to the CDC to stop the agreement period or expand it?

Yes it possible for the merchant CDC to expand the agreement period or to minimize it if the two parties Servesmile and the Merchant willing that and approved it.

If the buyer was bargaining the CDC before declaring that he is Muskan discount card holder and the CDC agreed to give him discounts and later the buyer declared that he is MDC holder?

This case usually happens and frequently with buyers and in spite of this the CDC should give the agreed discounts to the MDC holder because the buyer should feel that MDC card gives him priority and great advantage, this will support the card and the project and will give high credibility to MDC.

If the Merchant have many branches is it covered by one agreement and one yearly fees?

Yes whatever the number of branches and everywhere can be covered under one agreement and one yearly fees but it should the same type of business not different business.

If there was any issue with MDC holder like the identity, validity or other what CDC should do?

If any issue happened, the CDC should contact the Servesmile care department at care@servesmile.in
