Business and Personal Character of Servesmile employee.

We are here to plant and grow in you ambition seed, everyone must take care of it, to be a big tree that can give its fruits to you, to your families and to the population around you. We will teach you through permanent free of charge training courses new future profession and career that will change your life to the better and gives you secure, stable life.

Our project will cover whole India states and regions and will be the biggest global project, we have job promotion schedule for all excellent leaders and employees.

If we want to remember our past experience in the life, it means that we must learn from our mistakes and we must not lose any great chance we will get in the life.

Employee’s morals and ethics.

Employee must say to himself everyday:

1. “I will always search for the highest standard of the character, honesty in dealing with my customers, fellow employees and other members of my profession.”
2. “I will follow the golden Rule: “Do to others as you would them to do to you.”
3. “I will do my business in a way that I will get the respect of the members of my profession and to be an example for them to follow or to do as me.”
4. “I will push myself to maintain friendly ethical relations with my business fellow and compete with them on fair and honorable bases.”
5. “I will respect the authority that my company gave me and to act according to its instructions and I will strife all the time to keep the terms of this agreement”
6. “I will not steel the efforts of the others.”
7. “I will respect my costumers and make every attempt and try to solve any of their complaints and problems and work for better costumer relations in my market area.”
8. “I will price my product fairly and try to give my costumers quick and efficient service and reasonable prices.”
9. “I will never do anything to undermine or make weak a business fellow instead I will help him whenever he needs the help.”

POSITIVE CHARACTER

1. I’m honest person, clever, organized. Get the responsibility I do my promises I’m ready and have the ability to learn, I’m patience and loyal, I understand clearly that whomever the person who is paying my money, I work for myself.
2. I’m optimistic and strict in my appointments, full of activity, I will do every honest step or act to get my aims, others can depend on me I’m positive thinking I appreciate the chance that given to me to work in this important project.

9. These are the characters of the profitable person and I will do everything to improve these good trades that I must do it.
10. Every night I will sleep deeply and see beautiful positive dreams. I will wake up full of activity. This day will be great. My future will be unlimited.

Knowing these trades gave me the chance to be positive, happiest, healthy, comfortable, and more secure. It gave me peace of mind and big hope that the future will be better. I’m the only person who will decide my life. I’m decision maker.

ADVICES FOR SUCCESSFUL LEADER

1. Be on time, time is money.
2. Be positive.
3. Be faithful and don’t lie.
4. Be active.
5. Be strict and serious, because you are professional business person.
6. Be proud of your project and yourself.
7. Be honest.
8. Be caring, take care of others.
9. Be polite. Especially if you are angry.
10. Be good listener, to understand and to know what to say.
11. Be happy, you can live long life.
12. Be what you are, according to your abilities.
13. Have a fun. Try to relax.
14. Be smart and don’t lose any good chance in your life.
15. Behave and be initiative, decide and do.
16. Be lovely and try not to have enemies.
17. Go to sleep early to be healthy, active and positive at your work.

OUTER APPEARANCE

Professional business person must choose his clothes according to his work. For example: it’s not good for painter to go to his work wearing a nice clean clothes with no marks that can reflect that he is master or experienced in his work. Because the too much spots and colors on his clothes reflects his long experience.

It’s not acceptable for the public political person to have an important political or national speech and he is wearing sports wears so for this we ask our managers and employees to come to the work with official, formal dress.

For the ladies is not acceptable to go to their work, wearing sport, home or party clothes.

And we must understand clearly and it’s well known that getting the respect of the others begins by respecting ourselves Also our outer appearance reflects our real psychological situation if we are happy or sad. Others must see in us the hope, the success, the positivity, the self confidence and the love of the live.

Things that ladies mustn’t appear in at work:

1. Too much exciting and opened clothes. We must get the respect of the others not the body temptation to them. Example: If a beautiful nice business lady was walking in a traditional village with so open clothes, which show here as partially naked and exciting body, what will happen? She will attract everyone not for her character and personality but for the sexual appearance, on the other side when Indira Gandhi was visiting villages or say a speech everyone listen and respects her for her clever mind, thoughts and ideal human character.
2. Too much make-up.
3. Taking care of the dress code and don’t wear white, pink and joyful colors at winter.
4. High shoes.
5. Uncomfortable clothes at work because it will affect her activity all the day.
6. Strange hair colors like green and pink.

Things that man must not appear in at work:

1. Long and unorganized dirty hair.
2. Colored hair.
3. Rings in ears and bracelets.
4. Too much tattoo.
5. Showing strong muscles.
6. Shorts.
7. White socks.

Common things that ladies and men must take care of it in their outer appearance.

1. Clean clothes and body. It’s not shameful to have old clothes, but it’s shameful to have dirty and unorganized clothes.
2. Sorry for this advice, we know that all of you learned all these things but sometime we forget and don’t take care of it. For example: imagine yourself in taxi, Auto, bus or metro at summer time and beside you some person has very bad mouth and body smell and he is beside you and talking to you for a long time. What will you do? Sometimes employees go to personal meetings to get job, the manager may refuse them because of their outer appearance.
3. Take care of you’re the cleanness of your shoes, it must be clean always. For example: Imagine you are going to visit general manager of some hotel or bank and your shoes is dirty and you must pass through 20 meters corridor, white and clean floor. Who will be the first person will shout on you? Will the general manager accept to meet you?
4. It’s not good for man and woman at their work to show very big religion or political symbols on their head, neck, clothes or hands. Because it will create sensitivity in others.

We should always remember that there is no second chance for the first impression.

As we mentioned before our project is a unique, huge and great international life project,. We need millions of leaders, staff and employees in all Servesmile departments in the near future. But we will choose the best qualified, faithful and serious employees to be in the highest post and job levels in Servesmile.

You are not like any other staff or employee in the world, you will be the leaders of the humanity future and the builders of the greatest human life project which will fight the poverty and unemployment in every place of the world and you will be the makers of the happiness.
