Attendance and timing conditions: this job is a double attendance system Online and Offline for all India regions (depends on Servesmile decision) so the employees can do their job in the Serve Smile offices or online from their places, according to the company policy, system and instructions. The Human Resource HR Managers qualifications:
  1. Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
  2. Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.
  3. Double language English and Indian writing and speaking.
  4. Good knowledge in the I.T. field, word, excel, internet, social media and other IT job requirements.
  5. Good and long experience for managers.
  6. Experience is not obligatory the applicant can be experienced or fresher for the assistant job.
  7. Age between 20 to 45 year.
The HR manager should have the following abilities:

Salary and income system: What is HR job salary?
  1. Experienced professionals can make up to INR 9 lakh per annum on average.
  2. HR managers accepted experience level can get up to INR 6 lakh per annum on average.
  3. New and inexperienced HR managers get up to INR 3 lakh per annum on average.
  4. Fixed salary according to Indian labor laws and regulations. Details will be discussed through the recruitment process.
